Your Pack Place Event Manager can work with you to configure the space to your setup needs:  keep the traditional, conference-style seating for your meeting, set up a special presentation with theatre-style seating, break the room into workgroups with table and chair placement... or ... transform the space into a lavish lounge with furnishings you provide.

 Multi-Media Friendly:

The Boardroom is equipped with Ethernet and a Pull-down Projector Screen for multimedia projects.  We have a second, portable screen, projection and computer equipment available for special setup requirements or "media-heavy" events.  These optional resources are offered based on availability and result in moderate additional charges.  Please see the Events Coordinator for details.
